PT. Richeese Kuliner Indonesia adalah salah satu anak perusahaan dari Nabati Grup yang baru berdiri selama 5 tahun. Dalam menjalankan bisnis restoran cepat saji tersebut, PT. Richeese Kuliner Indonesia mengedepankan service excellent untuk kepuasan customer-nya. Tujuan Richeese Factory adalah untuk membuat perbedaan dari bisnis restoran cepat saji pada umumnya, dengan menawarkan pengalaman dan kenikmatan keju dalam kebersamaan. Pada tanggal 8 Februari 2011, PT. Richeese Kuliner Indonesia memulai pembukaan outlet pertamanya di mall Paris Van Java (PVJ) Bandung. Produk unggulan yang ditawarkan adalah ayam goreng yang dibaluri oleh saus barbeque dicampur dengan saus pedas berlevel 0-5 dan disajikan dengan saus keju celup. Total keseluruhan outlet sampai bulan Juni 2016 berjumlah 46 outlet yang tersebar di kota Bandung, Bekasi, Tanggerang, Bogor, Jakarta, Cirebon, Tegal, Semarang, Surabaya, dan Bali.

Program PT. Richeese Kuliner Indonesia dalam percepatan Career bagi anda dibidang kuliner pada posisi manejerial khususnya di bidang Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). Program ini akan berjalan selama 3 bulan training (class & field), anda akan mendapatkan materi training Softskill & Hardskill, anda pun berkesempatan untuk dapat menuangkan ide & inovasi anda pada perusahaan agar dapat berkembang bersama.

1. PR & Digital Marketing Staff

Job Responsibilities

1. Identify potential channel partners
2. Close partnership agreements
3. Handling end to end campaign activation (start from invoicing, campaign details, revenue contribution calculation)
4. Analysing sales achievement, churn rate, renewal rate
5. Payment Gateway partnership integration
6. Responsible to make plan and implementing marketing campaigns and new product launches to be promoted in media partners

Requirements

1. Maximum age 30 years
2. Education minimum S1 Marketing / Communication / Advertising
3. Have working experience 2 year in the same position (Working in restaurant / FMCG/ retail is preferred)
4. Have experience working with 3rd party like Fintech, Bank, e-commerce.
5. Knowledge in HTML/CSS , Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Sosmed Ads & Campaign, Email Marketing, and Content Writing is a Plus
6. Understand Digital Media Development
7. Strong Analytical skills and enjoy uncovering the story behind the data
8. Responsible to Copywriter & Social Media
9. Having good communication skills

2. Organizational Development Staff

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Managerment/ Industrial Engineering (GPA 3,00)
2. 1-2 years of experience as a OD staff or similar
3. Understand and familiar with Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Competency, Etc.
4. Having good Analytical thinking & communication skill
5. Able to perform administration related to work
6. Willing to work under pressure
7. Have good computer skills (Ms. Office)
8. Location: Bandung

3. QC Sumatera Area

Requirements

1. Education D3, D4/S1 Majoring in D3 Food technology (GPA 3,00)
2. Have working experience minimum 1 year in the same position (Working in restaurant / retail is preferred)
3. Understanding of ISO 22000 & Halal Certification
4. Know basic food product standards (GMP, Halal, 5s)
5. Basic knowledge of raw materials and fast food production processes
6. Knowing the Material Safety Data Sheet
7. Good Analytical Skills
8. Ability to work under pressure
9. Willing to work with high mobility (out of city service travel)
10. Location: Palembang, Medan

4. Legal Specialist

Requirements

1. Maximum Age 30 years old
2. Master of law education is preferred
3. Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Specialist (preferably experienced in F&B and Retail companies)
4. Have experience related to litigation & non-litigation
5. Have a valid professional certification from PERADI
6. Able to work in a dynamic environment, and to meet critical deadlines
7. Fluent in English both oral & written

5. Regional Trainer

Requirements

1. Education D3, D4/S1 Majoring in F&B Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism/ Hotel Management (GPA 3,00)
2. Fresh graduate or have at least 1 year experience in the field of F&B / Restaurant / Retail

Requirements
